Once in a while I remember that the individuals that lead the major world powers control and threaten each other with weapons capable of destroying everything in an instant. Weapons that could level entire cities, spread cancer causing radiation, and trigger a catastrophic change in climate that would make it impossible for humanity to survive. Then I get back to work.
